Thank you for joining the Ingrid Thompson Skincare Ambassador Program! We’re excited to have you as part of our team. Please take a moment to read through our Terms and Conditions to ensure a smooth and successful partnership.

1. Program Overview

As an affiliate of Ingrid Thompson Skincare, you will promote our products and services via your unique affiliate link. In return, you will receive a commission on sales generated through that link according to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Ingrid Thompson Skincare Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid and active social media account, blog, website, or other promotional platform.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to advertising and marketing regulations.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a commission for each sale made through their unique affiliate link. The commission rate is as follows:

20% of the total sale amount.

Commissions will be paid monthly on the 15^th of each month.

4. Payment Terms

Payments will be made via PayPal.

Minimum payout is $25.00. If you do not meet the minimum threshold by the end of the month, your earnings will roll over to the next month.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information. We are not responsible for any delays due to incorrect payment details.

5. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must only use promotional methods approved by Ingrid Thompson Skincare, including but not limited to approved content, media, and ad copy.

You may not make false claims or misrepresent the products or services provided by Ingrid Thompson Skincare.

Affiliates must not use spammy tactics such as unsolicited emails or aggressive social media tactics that could harm the reputation of Ingrid Thompson Skincare.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are prohibited from using their affiliate link to purchase products for personal use, or using the link in a manner that results in self-referrals.

Affiliates may not bid on Ingrid Thompson Skincare trademarks or brand names in paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads).

Any activity deemed unethical, harmful, or fraudulent, such as click fraud or hacking, will result in immediate termination from the affiliate program.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time by providing written notice.

Ingrid Thompson Skincare reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account if the affiliate violates any of the program’s terms or engages in any fraudulent or unethical conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our approved marketing materials (such as banners, links, and logos) solely for the purpose of promoting Ingrid Thompson Skincare.

All intellectual property rights remain the property of Ingrid Thompson Skincare.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

You agree to comply with privacy laws and regulations related to data collection and use.

Affiliates may only collect data for the purpose of facilitating sales and may not share or sell any collected data without explicit consent from customers.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ingrid Thompson Skincare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.

The program, products, and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Amendments

Ingrid Thompson Skincare reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and continued participation will be considered acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
